Pretty Pleater - Small

Create perfect tiny pleats in silk ribbon, lace, etc. or use to curl viscose for wigging.
Use this pleater for the smallest pleats. Referred to as 1/4 scale size, this pleater makes 11 pleats ( 1/16" wide) to the inch.
