Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Shipping costs are estimated based on weight and your selection of delivery service. The costs are calculated by the actual provider and are estimated as close to actual cost as possible. We do not charge a handling charge, but be aware that the packing materials may cause a slight variance in weight when shipping heavy items, particularly when packing for shipment overseas.

Delivery Times:

We make every effort to keep all items in stock and ready to ship. However, as our line continues to grow, this becomes more and more of a challenge. Please remember that we MAKE what we SELL, and take pride in our workmanship. We make every effort to see that orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. While we do use priority mail, which is 2-3 day estimated delivery, please remember that this does not include the time we need to process, pack and sometimes if out of stock, create your item.

If a mold is not in stock when we receive your order, it will be poured for you. However, we will not ship the mold to you until it is completely dry, which can take up to 21 days, especially in the colder winter months. Wet molds are too easily damaged in shipping and receiving a wet mold would be of no use to you.

Return Policy:

If you wish to return any item, you must contact us via e-mail prior to you returning item. A full refund will be given, excluding shipping, if returned within 10 days of purchase and as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was shipped to you.
