ONLY ONE KIT REMAINING!
I LOVE Valentines Day! All that wonderful romance, the pretty cards and images, not to mention the chocolate...!
What better way to start the new year than with a wonderful Valentine Kiosk. Keeping the same size and style of our earlier Easter and Christmas kiosks, this piece is a wonderful addition to the set. This kiosk is laser cut from basswoo. The shingled kiosk is decked out in laces, silk ribbon, and wonderful fretwork embellishments.
I have literally raided my personal collection of antique pop up valentines, carefully disassembled them, scanned them and then created them in miniature for you. They are such frivolous fun!!! There are a bakers dozen new cards for this project. In addition, I know how much you all love the standees.. (me too!). And these are among the most beautiful yet. There are a total of 24 darling standees. We used an assortment of colored glitters and they turned out so beautiful!
In addtion, there are for little candy boxes with removable lids. You can fill them if you like, but that is not part of the class. There is a box of heart shaped cookies for you to decorate, and also a darling box of valentine cards. A little potted heart sign is also included. Frankly, I had trouble squeezing all of the goodies into the kiosk so don't be surprised if you have a left over or two to share with a friend.
The kit contains everything you see in the photo. Students will provide all glues, paints, glitters, and basic tools. Be sure to check out the additional photos below. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. We want to ship this kit out on February 1, so we will have a short registration period for this project. Don't delay, register soon!
