Last year, we offered a traditional German Christmas Market stall with all of the wonderful wooden pyramids, schwibbogen, etc to fill it. It was a large, "woodsy" outdoor stall as would be authentic to the real German Marketplace. While I loved that project, I still wanted to do a small "Victorian" stall, based on all of the wonderful Vintage Christmas artwork that came out of Germany and Europe at the turn of the century. After completing the new sets of standees for Christmas 2015, I realized that I was halfway there!
Our new Victorian Kiosk is considerably smaller than the full market stall, but its BIG on charm! The building measure 9" tall to the top of the sign, is 4 1/2" wide and 3 1/4" deep. It sits on a base measuring 4 1/2" x 5".
The stall has a cute slanted roof and the back section is lined with shelves. A front countertop adds space for additional displays. It is constructed from laser cut basswood. We choose to paint our version using chalk paint.
Included in the kit are a total of 46 Victorian Standees, including one of each of the new pieces for 2015. Three of our beautiful new paper creches are also included. Frankly, I was not able to get all of the pieces into the stall, so you will have a few pieces left over. You will also receive a set of 12 laser cut snowflakes, garland, a jar of tru snow, clear giltter, and silver tinsel. Perhaps the most exciting is the inclusion of one complete set of our new resin cast Victorian Christmas ornaments. These will come to you plain white, and you can paint, glitter, jewel, or trim them in any manner you wish. Its' a great opportunity to use up the last of the tiny trim, no hole beads, nail art, or rhinestones that might be left in your stash. You can see the ornaments hanging from the upper front facade.
Delivery for this kit is scheduled for 12, however, we may ship earlier if the response to registration warrants it. Please see additional photos below.
